Is my video library private with Onset Engine?

All processing is local: beat detection, clip assembly, VFX rendering, and export all happen on your CPU/GPU. Zero cloud processing.

No telemetry: the app doesn't track usage or collect analytics on what you're editing.

No content restrictions: unlike cloud tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.), there's no ToS that prohibits adult content. Onset Engine can't see what you edit because it doesn't phone home.

One nuance on the "offline" claim: Onset Engine requires a brief one-time online activation after purchase, plus a lightweight weekly license check. Between checks, it runs fully offline. So it's not "zero internet ever" - but your actual media files never leave your machine and all processing is local.
