Steps
Import a large clip set
Triptych fills 3 panels simultaneously, so you need more source material. Aim for 30+ clips. Import your full library folder - Onset Engine distributes clips across panels automatically.
Create your edit normally
Pick your song, choose a preset, and preview your edit as usual. The Aggressive preset tends to work best for triptych since the rapid cuts across multiple panels create intense visual density.
Choose triptych export format
In export settings (Studio tier only), select triptych as your output format. The AI automatically distributes and syncs clips across all 3 vertical panels. Each panel cuts independently but all sync to the same beat grid.
Export
Render as a single video with all panels composited. The triptych format works great for vertical phone screens and social media. Export time is slightly longer than single-panel due to the compositing.
